Qualifications

• Must maintain active state wastewater operator license.
• Knowledge of permit and environmental compliance procedures.
• Familiar with process-control and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to follow safety and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, inspect, and maintain water/wastewater systems per requirements.
• Perform daily checks, readings, sampling, testing, and documentation.
• Support permit compliance reporting and related submittals.
• Perform maintenance and repair of treatment equipment and components.
• Coordinate with Government staff and contractors for major repairs.
• Follow lockout/tagout, confined space, chemical handling, PPE, and site safety procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct, dependable attendance, accurate documentation, and safe work practices.
