Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Construction Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Gypsum, CO. The role involves assisting with on-site construction activities, operating equipment, and maintaining safety on a heavy civil project.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks. Local candidates preferred; employment is full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED; documentation must be provided at time of application.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.
• Must be physically fit to perform the work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building structures for construction sites.
• Operate equipment such as a backhoe or water truck.
• Participate in demolitions and dig trenches.
• Work underground in vaults and water mains.
• Remove trees and debris and organize tools and equipment sheds.
• Assist construction managers and support project tasks.
