Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a team-oriented individual to join our industrial laundry facility as a wastewater technician. You will perform hourly checks on wastewater equipment, adjust chemicals, and ensure efficient water treatment while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

The role requires basic mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to work independently or with a team, and a commitment to attendance. Overtime and shift work may be required in this production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated mechanical and basic electrical aptitude.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE.
• Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to meet attendance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wastewater equipment with hourly checks and adjustments.
• Perform chemical adjustments and calibrations for water treatment.
• Remove and process waste solids from the treatment process.
• Troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Collect samples, complete data sheets, and file regulatory documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow best practices.
