Job summary

WhiteWater, Inc. in Littleton, MA is seeking an Operator II, Wastewater to operate and maintain assigned facilities and to support the Operations Lead Operator and Supervisor. The role includes an on-call rotation with required night and weekend coverage.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma, 3 years in wastewater, a 4M Wastewater Operator license or eligibility within 6 months, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and regulatory practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Wastewater or related industry.
• Must possess a valid and active 4M Wastewater Operator License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• Must be computer literate in Windows and MS Office.
• Must be available after hours and on call work as required.
• Must possess knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
• Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned wastewater facilities.
• Support the Operations Lead Operator and Supervisor.
• Be available for on-call shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
