The Wastewater Operator I for New-Com, Inc. is an entry-level role responsible for the operating and maintaining of wastewater treatment plant equipment, monitoring processes, building and ground maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
This role involves safely, and efficiently operating treatment plant vehicles and stationary machinery as required, receiving material drop off from customers, maintaining daily and weekly reports for operations, elevating issues and concerns to management consistently, performance of routine maintenance and minor repairs on facility equipment and systems, following all O&M processes and procedures, and performing related duties as assigned.
