Weston & Sampson Services is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator to support operations and maintenance out of our Raymond, NH office. The role focuses on monitoring plant conditions, collecting samples, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will troubleshoot equipment, perform minor maintenance, keep detailed records, and compile monthly data for reporting. A MA Grade 4M Wastewater Operator license and a high school diploma are required, with eligibility for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• MA Grade 4M Wastewater Treatment Operator License required.
• Knowledge of MA DEP O&M regulations desirable.
• Windows-based computer skills.
• Must work outdoors in all climates, climb ladders, and lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor operating conditions and adjust process controls as necessary.
• Troubleshoot plant equipment and perform minor maintenance as necessary.
• Collect samples and perform routine lab tests.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
• General housekeeping at facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and maintenance activities.
• Compiling monthly data for compliance reporting.
