Help protect our operations and the environment through safe, efficient water treatment. As a Wastewater Operator team member, you will operate and maintain water treatment systems that support regulatory compliance and ensure reliable plant operations. You will monitor equipment performance, perform testing and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship. This role is ideal for a dependable, hands‑on professional who enjoys solving problems, working with equipment, and making a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
This position has a target wage of $21.00 - $31.50 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available. In addition to hourly wages, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.
Monday through Friday with weekend work (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required based on department schedules and production needs.
