Cesco Solutions, a Tidal Vision Company, is seeking a Wastewater Operation Technician to commission equipment at customer sites, ensure systems run reliably, and support optimization of Cesco's chemical treatment programs in heavy industrial environments. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to establish treatment programs, collect and interpret performance data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve system outcomes.

Some project work may occur outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in water treatment.
• 5+ years experience with plumbing and electrical, general mechanical skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work outside of standard operating hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Set up, commission, and operate proprietary Cesco wastewater treatment systems at customer sites
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pilot equipment, pumps, feed systems, controls, and related components
• Support installation and startup of treatment equipment and chemical feed systems in heavy industrial environments
• Collect, record, and analyze operational and performance data from pilot and full-scale systems
• Use data to make informed, real-time adjustments to chemical programs and system operation to optimize performance
• Assist in establishing and maintaining customer accounts for Cesco
• Document system performance, service activities, and site conditions through service reports and internal communication
• Ensure equipment and site work are completed safely and in compliance with customer and company safety standards

Job Summary:

The position involves commissioning equipment at customer sites, ensuring systems run effectively, and supporting ongoing optimization of Cesco's chemical treatment programs in heavy industrial environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to establish treatment programs, collect and interpret performance data, and make informed, data-driven adjustments to improve system outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role serves as a key link between operations, customers, and the technical and commercial teams.

This position requires some flexibility, as work may occur outside of standard business hours depending on project and customer needs.

Essential Job Functions:

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical experience in water treatment
• 5+ years experience with plumbing and electrical, general mechanical skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work outside of standard operating hours as needed.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

This role will require the ability to move, stand, sit, bend, lift, and turn freely. Must be able to handle tools and operate equipment while always using proper PPE. Will be required to be in adverse weather conditions.

Licensing & Special Requirements:

• Incumbent is subject to a background check.
• Class I-III Wastewater or Water License from the State of Ohio (preferred but not required)
• Local State Driver's license and proof of insurance required by the time of hire.
