Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned field leader to drive safety, scheduling, and on-site execution for water and wastewater projects. You will build and manage 6-week look-ahead schedules, collaborate with project managers and field teams, and mentor superintendents.

With 10+ years of hands-on construction experience and a willingness to travel or relocate, you will help ensure top-tier quality and timely delivery across complex infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years' hands-on water/wastewater construction experience with a self-performing GC.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
