Job summary
GBA is seeking a Wastewater Collection & Treatment Group Lead to guide our wastewater practice across project delivery, technical excellence and team development. You will drive staffing, mentorship, and strategic growth while maintaining strong client relationships with municipalities and public utilities.
The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, and substantial wastewater and municipal infrastructure experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a PE license required.
- Extensive wastewater treatment and municipal infra project experience.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead wastewater treatment teams across delivery, staffing and technical execution.
- Provide oversight for complex wastewater projects and infrastructure programs.
- Support PMs on scope, schedule, quality and client management.
- Mentor engineering staff and support career growth.
- Collaborate with market/operations leadership on resource planning.
- Strengthen relationships with municipal clients and industry partners.
- Assist business development activities including client engagement and pursuits.
- Uphold engineering standards, delivery practices and quality expectations.
- Coordinate across offices for integrated project delivery and growth.
