Job summary

GBA is seeking a Wastewater Collection & Treatment Group Lead to provide leadership across our wastewater engineering practice, guiding project delivery, technical excellence, and team development. You will mentor engineers, oversee complex municipal infrastructure projects, and help shape growth across our market regions.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment, while advancing standards and cross-office coordination for integrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Significant experience in wastewater treatment and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers and project managers.
• Ability to balance leadership, client engagement, and technical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead wastewater treatment teams across project delivery, staffing, and technical execution.
• Provide oversight for complex wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects.
• Support project managers and technical leaders in scope, schedule, quality, and client management.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff for career growth.
• Partner with market and operations leadership on resource planning and growth.
• Build relationships with municipal clients and industry partners.
• Support business development and proposal development.
