The Water Treatment role reports to the Regional Manager and provides leadership and support to park staff. Responsibilities include overseeing, assigning, reviewing, and participating in the work of staff responsible for developing and implementing standards and training for safe water and wastewater treatment operations. The position ensures park facilities operate in accordance with ADEQ requirements, prepares necessary regulatory compliance documents, and trains staff accordingly.
Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment operations, safety, security, and regulations. Skilled in communication, problem-solving, supervision, and building professional relationships. Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and handle emergency situations effectively.
Two years of water plant experience, including leadership roles, or relevant education and training.
Possess and maintain Level 2 Certification from ADEQ in Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment, Water Distribution, and Waste Water Collections. Valid driver’s license required. All new hires must complete E-Verify.
