Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wastewater treatment facility construction and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction-phase delivery for wastewater treatment projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact for treatment plant construction observers and coordinate among owners, operators, contractors, field observers, project managers, and engineers.
• Review field progress, testing info, construction documentation, and as-built records to support quality and delivery.
