Daphne Utilities is seeking a Wastewater Collections Worker to install, maintain, and repair sewer systems, lift stations, and related equipment across Baldwin County. The role includes inspecting pumps, operating TV camera inspections, and performing preventive maintenance while adhering to safety procedures.

Responsibilities include reading pump times, maintaining records, carrying out manhole and line repairs, and supporting in water/gas main repairs when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Class B CDL license required.
• Must attain an Alabama Grade 1C Wastewater Operators license within 12 months.
• Must pass a Drug Screen and criminal background check.
• Must be able to travel throughout the Baldwin County area regularly.

Responsabilités

• Installs, maintains, and repairs wastewater collection utility systems, utility lines, and lift stations; inspects and repairs lift stations and pumps; cleans and degreases lift stations; dispenses deodorizers at lift stations.
