Job summary

Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority is accepting applications for the position of Wastewater Collection Maintenance Technician (F/T). This role performs skilled work in the operation and maintenance of the wastewater conveyance system and related equipment.

Applicants must have a valid NJ license (C-1 through C-4) and may need a CDL Class B with airbrakes and tanker endorsement. Residency in NJ is required. Salary is based on experience and licenses. WMUA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with airbrakes and tanker endorsement.
• Ability to perform skilled work in operation, maintenance, repair and installation of wastewater infrastructure.

Job description

Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority is accepting applications for the following position: Wastewater Collection Maintenance Technician (F/T).

This individual must be able to perform skilled work in the operation and maintenance of the wastewater conveyance system and related equipment. Should have thorough knowledge in work involving the maintenance, repair and installation of wastewater infrastructure. Possess a valid license (C-1 through C-4) issued by the State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection. Wastewater treatment and/or distribution license (S, W) a plus.

Applicant must satisfy employer physical, drug/alcohol screen and criminal background check. Also, the applicant will be required to have a CDL Class B with airbrakes and tanker endorsement valid in New Jersey or the ability to obtain within one year. NJ residency required by State Statute R.S.52:14-7.

Salary: Based on experience and licenses.
