- Knowledge in federal, state, local & industry laws, regulations & permitting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Planning, design & construction management of water and wastewater systems.
- Collaborate with municipal clients for design and permitting of utility projects.
- Conduct field investigations and prepare engineering reports.
- Manage multiple projects including treatment facility upgrades and pipeline design.
