Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering required.
• 1+ years of pumps, process equipment, or related industrial experience.
• Experience supporting distributors, OEMs, EPC contractors, or plant builders preferred.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong technical relationships with municipal wastewater plant builders, biogas plant builders, engineers, OEMs, and EPC organizations.
• Lead application expertise for pumps in municipal wastewater treatment, sludge handling, solids handling, and biogas/anaerobic digestion processes.
• Review customer data, drawings, P&IDs, and technical requirements.
• Attend customer meetings, technical presentations, and project discussions with the sales team.
• Create digital tools to simplify pump selection and application engineering.
• Translate technical pump knowledge into scalable tools in collaboration with product management, engineering, marketing, and IT teams.
