Job summary

Case Farms, Inc. is seeking a wastewater supervisor to lead shift operations in the Morganton area. You will maintain water treatment systems, collect samples for permit compliance, and drive improvements through data analysis.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and timely delivery of daily records and operational tasks. You will oversee pre-treatment and rendering equipment, schedule trailers, and ensure all staff work safely while meeting production goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of wastewater experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in wastewater.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer, database, and math skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
• Able to work within timelines and in pressure situations.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work within timelines and in pressure situations.
• Ability to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Occasionally works in an outside environment, including inclement weather.
• May be exposed to temperatures below 28 degrees or up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity.
• Work around animal odors.
• May be exposed to noise ranges of up to 110 db.
• Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
• Must frequently lift up to 25lbs and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
• Exposure to dust, feathers, and chemicals used in the poultry processing facility.
• Ability to work in a stationary position, on feet for the entire shift.
