Job summary

Mountaire Farms in Millsboro, Delaware is seeking a Wastewater Level B Operator to operate the wastewater facility. The ideal candidate will hold a Level II WW license and have at least 3 years of operating experience. This position requires working Thursday to Saturday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, ensuring proper operation and safety within the facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to rebuild PC pumps.

Job description

A Wastewater Level B Operator will possess a Level II WW license and be able to operate a shift unassisted and have the ability to rebuild PC pumps. Thursday - Saturday 6:00pm - 6:30am

Duties/Activities Required by Job

• Operation and maintenance of wastewater facility and treatment systems.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions. Lock out Tag out procedures and Process Safety Management related matters.
• Compliance Recordkeeping
• Perform process control lab work
• Maintenance of wastewater equipment

Educations/Experience Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalency.
• 3 years of acceptable operating experience
• Level II WW license
