Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. seeks a Paint Line Technician to operate and maintain lab equipment, prepare chemical solutions, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

You will take samples, perform tests, and help calibrate instruments to support coating processes. The role requires paint line experience, strong chemical knowledge, and proficient communication skills, with fluency in English.

4. Fills out mandatory regulatory test reports and labels hazardous waste drums correctly.
5. Cleans laboratory equipment and calibrates instruments.
6. Prepares chemical solutions.
7. Performs annual testing for customers.

• Knowledge & use of electrostatic applications/powder coating processes/wet spray applications
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
