Republic Services — Foley, AL is seeking a Commercial Helper I to assist the Driver on a residential waste collection route. You will help load waste, operate the packer and assist with directing the Driver from the ground.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, following safety policies, and interacting professionally with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service. Previous experience is preferred, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Formación

• Two years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Good customer services skills and professional conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing customers on a designated route.
• Operate packing mechanism and loading system to load waste for disposal.
• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and others to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, the route, and the work area.
