Job summary

Compass Group USA’s ESFM division is seeking a Trash Technician in Middletown, PA to collect, transport, and dispose of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols. The role includes full-time shifts with day and night rotations on a Monday–Thursday and Thursday–Sunday schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of warehouse or janitorial experience, must be able to lift 50–100 pounds, and can follow written or verbal English instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, stand, and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
