Responsibilities

• Lead daily solid waste and recycling collection operations across service lines.
• Supervise drivers and helpers; coordinate with Operations and General Managers.
• Monitor routes, productivity, and service quality; implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and safety standards.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and utilization of resources.
