Job summary

Kimble is seeking a Rear Load Residential Helper to assist refuse Truck operations on pre-assigned routes and special tasks at the facility. This role includes manual labor when not with a refuse truck and requires general cleaning duties on-site.

The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in outdoor environments. Join a team focused on safety, environment, and client service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend and reach
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Work outdoors or in a shop environment
• General cleaning with tools like brooms, shovels, and rakes

Responsibilities

• Pick up and place waste into the refuse truck.
• Ensure garbage and recyclables are picked up and transferred properly.
• Assist drivers by directing the ground and helping safely back up the truck.
• Clean behind the compactor blade and wash the hopper and truck as needed.
• Enter/exit the truck up to 700 times daily as required.
• Assist other routes to complete daily work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
