ABM US is seeking a Waste Handling Supervisor to lead the waste management team and delegate assignments. The role ensures efficient disposal of client waste and a steady flow of recyclable materials, including cardboard, plastic, scrap, refuse, and pallets.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining a safe, respectful work environment while coordinating daily operations and training new team members.

Job description

The Waste Handling Supervisor is responsible for managing, delegating job assignments and provide guidance to the waste management team members and arrange disposal of client waste. Supervisors are assigned in organizing a steady flow of recyclable goods. These items include but not limited to large cardboard items, plastic, scrap, refuse and wooden shipping pallets. All staff will be trained on safety protocols and distribution of materials. Everyone is responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful and heathy work environment.

Compensation: $65,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
