Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Container Delivery Driver to safely drive along customer routes to deliver and retrieve toters used by residential and commercial customers.

The role emphasizes courteous customer interactions, on-time service, and adherence to safety standards. The successful candidate will be at least 18, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, and demonstrate the ability to lift objects over 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing.
• Strong time management and customer service skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drives delivery truck to transport waste containers to and from customer locations.
• Conducts pre/post-trip inspections and maintains truck appearance per Casella safety standards.
• Operates safely on streets, highways, and customer sites.
• Provides courteous service and responds promptly to customer needs.
• Maintains a positive attitude toward company goals and customers.
• Participates in training and company programs to support growth and core values.
