Job summary

Oracle seeks a Principal Program Manager for Waste & Circularity to drive strategy, program execution, and continuous improvement of corporate waste minimization and circular economy initiatives. You will lead cross-functional efforts to improve material efficiency, embed circularity in operations, and ensure compliance with global reporting standards.

You will own metrics, oversee take-back programs, and guide teams across Oracle to implement sustainable procurement and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program management experience in large-scale corporate sustainability or ESG compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise in zero-waste concepts, circular procurement, material flow analysis, and waste minimization strategies.
• Understanding of ESRS/CSRD, GRI, and global waste directives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven prioritization and decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership and communication at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize Oracle’s corporate strategy for waste diversion and minimization, collaborating across lines of business.
• Own company-wide waste and circularity metrics and report progress towards targets.
• Oversee hardware take-back programs with data center operations to maximize reuse and recycling.
• Improve waste data accuracy and auditability to support reporting and decision-making.
• Provide guidance and training to Oracle teams to foster responsible resource management.
• Integrate circular procurement and closed-loop material flows into procurement strategies.
• Engage with external partners and industry coalitions to evolve programs and practices.
• Develop business cases for sustainability-related solutions to secure senior buy-in.
