Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams.

You will demonstrate strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership while upholding PBS Corp.’s standards. The role includes coordinating with regional teams, managing scheduling and documentation, mentoring supervisees, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics as described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements

LABA/Program Manager Overview

LABA/Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.
