Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining high standards, managing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring timely documentation. Compliance with licensure and certifications is required.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• WAC 246-805-210 requires graduation from recognized bachelor’s program; 135 hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC 246-805-220.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, time off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards.

LABA/Program Manager Overview

LABA/Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply!

Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.
