About theRemote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor) role at Headspace:
Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are currently accepting applications from providers licensed in Washington.
Contractor therapists are asked to offer a minimum of 5 sessions/week, with the flexibility to offer additional sessions when needed. More is always welcome depending on your schedule. Please note that due to care demand and member scheduling fluctuations, it could take a number of weeks to achieve a consistent schedule.
The pay rate ranges vary by state and currently start at $80-$85 per session for Washington. Pay rates by state will be confirmed by the recruiter during the interview process. Session lengths are 60 min for an intake and 45 min for follow-ups, with concurrent note-taking expected and included in the session rate. Session rates vary based on location, licensure, experience, and other relevant factors.
All Headspace therapists must be licensed and reside in the US. Work must be provided within the U.S., and personal health information may not be accessed outside of the U.S. Please note that only the 50 states are included, U.S. territories like Puerto Rico are excluded.
All member records are protected by our Privacy Policy. Employees and contractors cannot access Headspace products/services but will receive benefits. To avoid dual relationships, individuals who have received coaching or clinical services at Headspace should wait until their care is complete before applying. If a potential ethical conflict arises, Headspace may delay start or request leave to protect all parties.
