Job summary

Allegheny Bradford Corporation is seeking a Wash Technician in Bradford, PA. You will prep, wash, and maintain surfaces of process equipment used in biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing, following precise work instructions and using cleaning solutions and precision tools.

You will handle cranes and carts to move components, perform bead blasting as needed, and ensure traceability and accurate records while adhering to safety and quality procedures.

Bradford, PA | Full-Time | Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 5AM-5PM

What Will You Do?

As a Wash Technician, you’ll be the first line of visual inspection—responsible for preparing, washing, and maintaining the surfaces of process equipment used in critical industries like biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing. You’ll work with cleaning solutions and precision tools, follow detailed work instructions, and help ensure our products meet rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and surface prep using water, solvents, and acids
• Operate cranes and carts to move components safely
• Use hand tools for disassembly and light assembly
• Maintain traceability and accurate work records
• Operate bead blasting equipment (must pass respirator training)
• Follow all quality and safety procedures
• Suggest improvements to work instructions and technical procedures
• Work independently while staying organized, efficient, and proactive

You’re also physically capable of working on your feet, lifting, and operating equipment in both hot and cold conditions.

Shift Options & Compensation

• Only work 36 hours, but paid for 40 hours
• 3 day work week with 4 consecutive days off
