Job summary

Solidarités International (SI) is seeking a WASH Program Manager for Ramallah, West Bank. The role leads design, implementation and quality of SI’s WASH response, ensuring strategic oversight of emergency interventions and capacity building of a new national team.

Experience in humanitarian field (3–4 years) and leadership skills are required; the position starts September 2026 with a 4-month mission, salary EUR 2310 gross per month plus USD 750 per diem, and accommodation/travel support.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of humanitarian sector experience.
• 3–4 years in a similar WASH/Program role.
• Engineering background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and quality of SI's WASH response in the West Bank.
• Provide strategic and technical oversight of emergency interventions and donor engagement.
• Supervise and build the capacity of the national WASH team and support programme development.
