Job summary

SpinXpress Laundry in Texas is seeking a Wash Dry Fold Attendant to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining a clean, organized facility.

You will handle Wash, Dry, Fold orders, greet customers, manage a neat workspace, and help grow our community through excellent care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
• Ability to maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area consistently.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality service.
• Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with urgency.
• Knowledge of proper laundry procedures and best practices for optimal results.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be able to lift 20lbs or more on a consistent basis.
• Maintain upkeep of all laundry machines and inform the leader of any maintenance needs.

• Wash & Fold
• Place, take in, receive, process, and ring up all Wash Dry Fold orders in our POS system
• Offer/share with our customers our Wash, Dry, Fold values and services
• Sort, separate, wash, dry, fold, and hang guests' laundry
• Inspect laundry for stains or damage and treat and/or report as necessary
• Deliver a high-quality Wash, Dry, Fold experience for our customers with their laundry
• Maintain inventory of all Wash Dry Fold supplies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of proper laundry procedures and best practices
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
• Must be able to lift 20lbs or more on a consistent basis
