As a Wash Dry Fold Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all Wash Dry Fold orders and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Create a fun and welcoming job environment by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Respond with urgency to customer inquiries and issues.
• Educate customers about our services, products, and promotions.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including uniform dress code.
• Prioritize customer and associate safety.
• Process all Wash Dry Fold orders in our POS system.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and hang guests' laundry.
• Inspect laundry for stains or damages and treat or report as necessary.
• Maintain inventory of all Wash Dry Fold supplies.
• Maintain laundry machines and inform leadership of any maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Availability and willingness to work as a team player.
• Enthusiasm, high energy, initiative, and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work on time as scheduled.
