Tosh Farms is seeking a Wash Bay Supervisor in Tennessee to oversee daily wash bay operations, assign tasks, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met. You will supervise, train, and coordinate with transportation, storage, and shop staff to maintain equipment readiness and efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum age 18.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily wash bay operations, including scheduling and sanitation turnaround times.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality.
• Ensure trailers and wash bay equipment are cleaned and sanitized per standards.
• Inspect equipment and verify readiness to support transportation schedules.
• Coordinate with transportation, storage, and shop personnel to complete needs.
• Supervise, train, and coach wash bay employees; monitor safety procedures.
