Job summary

Kalispell Ford is hiring a Wash Bay Attendant in Kalispell, MT. This full-time role supports our guest-focused service environment with non-commissioned sales dynamics and a strong emphasis on teamwork and accountability.

The position offers 10-hour shifts across a 4-day work week with Sundays off, plus benefits including Paid Vacation & Sick Time, medical/dental/vision, 401K matching, and employee discounts. Safety and quality are core to daily tasks and vehicle detailing.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle.
• Clean interior and exterior windows.
• Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle.
• Clean engine and engine compartment.
• Apply dressing on tires and tire wells.
• Utilize special cleaners to maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Operate tools safely and report safety issues to management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle
• Clean interior and exterior windows

• Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
• Operate all tools in a safe manner
• Report any safety issues immediately to management
