Job summary

Don Vance Auto Group in Marshfield, MO is seeking a dedicated Wash Bay Employee for a full-time role in the Service/Detail Department. You will wash, prep, and present vehicles for sale or delivery, maintain a clean wash bay, and assist in detail and service tasks.

Indoor/outdoor work in variable weather, strong attention to quality is required. Requirements include a valid driver's license with a good driving record, reliable attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Keep the wash bay area clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain wash equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist the detail department and service department as needed.
• Follow dealership procedures for handling customer vehicles.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wash Bay Employee!

The Wash Bay Employee is responsible for keeping dealership vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance of our inventory, customer vehicles, and dealership operations. Among other misc tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, dry, and clean vehicles inside and out.
• Clean vehicles coming out of the service department.
• Prepare new and used vehicles for the lot and customer delivery.
