Mountain Home Auto Ranch in Ontario, OR is seeking an energetic Wash Bay crew member who enjoys interacting with customers and teammates. The role focuses on vehicle detailing, quality presentation, and supporting sales and service teams.

The ideal candidate has a positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, good communication, and a valid driver's license. No prior detailing experience required, training provided, and benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

• Experience in automotive detailing is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Detail vehicles: wash, wax, polish, refurbish, and present for display.
• Inspect finished vehicles for quality presentation on the sales lot.
• Assist in fulfilling customer requests and support team.
• Maintain detailing tools and equipment; report damage to manager.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory maintenance:

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles
• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure the highest quality presentation on the sales lot
• Assist in fulfilling customer requests
• Maintain proper function of all detailing tools and equipment
• Directly report any vehicle or equipment damage to the supervising manager in a timely fashion

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales & service managers to maintain smooth workflows and effective communication.
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with fellow team members
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the dealerships

Operational Support:

• Accurately record and report needed vehicle information to managers.
• Assist in getting vehicles ready for display on the sales lots.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detail experience a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Hardworking, reliable, and always eager to improve on skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
