Job summary

Energy Job Shop in Carthage, TX is seeking experienced CDL drivers with winch experience to operate heavy-duty trucks, including winch and vacuum trucks, hauling oilfield equipment and materials. The role requires safety-minded, reliable individuals able to work a demanding rotation.

Expect a 14 days on / 7 days off schedule with on-call duties, including OT, weekends, nights and holidays. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required
• 2 years verifiable operating experience
• Endorsements such as Tanker (for Vacuum/Windch) preferred

Thomas is seeking experienced CDL Drivers with winch experience to join their team in Carthage, Texas. These drivers will operate heavy-duty trucks, including winch and vacuum trucks, to haul oilfield equipment and materials. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and able to work rotational schedules in challenging oilfield environments.

What You’ll Need

• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• 25 years of age or older
• Valid CDL A licensure & CDL Medical Certificate
• Applicable endorsements for position sought (e.g., Tanker endorsement for Vacuum Truck Operators, minimum 1-year experience for Winch Truck Operators)
• Acceptable driving record per insurance guidelines
• 2 years verifiable operating experience
• Able to work rotational and on-call schedules (14 days on/7 days off), including OT, weekends, nights and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outside in variable weather conditions
• Successful completion of pre-hire tests, drug testing, reference & criminal background checks, and MVR review
