Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers | NIRVC in Surprise, Arizona is seeking an RV Valet to move and stage motorhomes within the service area and transport units to dealership or customer locations.

You will wash and detail, perform checks, collaborate with sales and service teams, ensure show-ready condition, and adhere to safety and pre-employment requirements. Competitive hourly pay from $18 to $21 and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Must be able to work at heights of 12' or higher with appropriate fall protection equipment.

• Washing and detailing of coaches both exterior and interior.
• Complete storage departure checks, batteries, water, tire pressures and turn refer on prior to a customer’s departure from storage.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the area.
• Work with the sales and service departments to deliver superior customer service.
• Quality control - exterior and interior of units.
• Be sure all coaches meet our high standards and spot check all work.
• Keep coaches on the lot in show-ready condition.
• Approve units for release to customer.

The RV Valet is responsible for moving RVs in and out of the service area, as well as transporting RVs to and from the dealership or customer locations. They also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Range

$18 - $21 per hour

All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing including a background check, MVR, and drug screen.

• Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop
• May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending
