Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking an RV Valet/Porter to move RVs within the service area and transport them to dealership or customer locations. You will help maintain a clean, organized service area and assist customers with concerns.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, strong communication and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. CDL preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Move RVs in and out of the service and storage areas.
• Complete storage departure checks, batteries, water, tire pressures and turn refer on prior to a customer’s departure from storage
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the area.
• Report any issues with RVs to the service manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly

Description

The RV Valet/Porter is responsible for moving RVs in and out of the service area, as well as transporting RVs to and from the dealership or customer locations. They also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area and coaches.

Work Hours

Thursday - Saturday & alternating Sunday; 7:00a - 7:00p

Pay Range

$18 - $21 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Move RVs in and out of the service and storage areas.
• Complete storage departure checks, batteries, water, tire pressures and turn refer on prior to a customer’s departure from storage
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the area.
• Report any issues with RVs to the service manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.
