Job Description

5. Provide a table in the Dining Room or Cantina
6. Answer the phone
7. Serve our guests (and the servers) quickly and efficiently
8. Read the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
9. Suggestive sell specials and extras
10. Perform sidework and cleaning duties
11. Maintain a clean and well-stocked area

Essential Job Duties

1. Regular and reliable attendance
2. Be able to stand for extended periods
3. Lift up to 25 pounds
4. Greet and welcome guests
5. Offer a guest-obsessed farewell as they depart
6. Operate the POS system
7. Escort guests, give menus, answer questions
8. Take orders, enter into POS, bag orders, handle transactions
9. Provide accurate wait time estimates
10. Keep restrooms and lobbies clean
11. Optimize seating for balanced workload
