Job Description

Essential Job Duties

• Regular and reliable attendance
• Walk carefully on wet floors and stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
• Clean, stock, set up, operate, and break down kitchen stations and equipment
• Prepare food quickly and accurately from kitchen tickets
• Handle ingredients and cook entrees, desserts, and appetizers
• Maintain food safety, sanitation standards, and personal hygiene
• Follow health and safety regulations in all kitchen areas
• Handle cases, pans, and utensils on low and high shelves
• Work in a hot, damp environment
• Clean work areas, walls, floors, and equipment
