Job summary

Ampure Charging Systems, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Analyst with at least one year of automotive warranty field analysis experience or a BS degree; electrical engineering degree preferred.

You will conduct OEM returned parts analysis to ensure timely, accurate results and track warranty data for reporting. The role requires advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and strong verbal and written communication; a second language is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct OEMreturnedpartsanalysisaccordingtoAmpureand OEMstandardstoassureon time andaccurateresults,focusingon Stage 1.Track andcommunicateresultsasrequired.
• Maintainwarrantyclaimsdatabasecodingtofacilitatesubjectanalysis.
• Aftermarketproductandrepackagecordsetsasneed. Keep raw material inventory levels and repackagingtraceability
• Support Warranty Engineer to track implementation of established corrective actions and Plant WarrantyRisk Assessment (programhistory).
• MaintainMRBarea,equipmentandinventorytoAmpure WPSrequirements.
• Assessinternalauditplant and regionalAmpure WarrantyManagement and WPS compliance annually. Reportresultsandcorrectiveactionstomanagement.
• Support with available warranty data root cause analysis and action plan development with plantprogramteamsforOEMmeetingsasrequired.Proposepotentialsolutionsasappropriate
• ConductdutiesaccordingtoOneAmpureprinciplesandvalues.
• ComplytoapplicableBICS, Customer andAmpure standardsduringperformanceofduties.
• Escalatetodirectlinemanagementasappropriateanyobstacles toachievingOEM andAmpure qualityandwarrantytargets.

Required Skills:

• BS degree or 1-year minimum equivalent workplace experience. Electrical engineering degree preferred.
• 1-year automotivewarrantyfieldanalysisexperiencepreferred.
• AdvancedknowledgeofMS Excel, PowerPoint.Statisticalsoftwaredesirable.
• Advancedverbal andwrittencommunicationskills. 2ndlanguagefluencypreferred.
