Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated Root Cause & Warranty Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and document rejected transmission assemblies using test data and repair history as a guide.

In this role you will log findings in databases, communicate issues with supervisors and cross-functional teams, and stay current with product and process changes while maintaining a clean and safe work area on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and use of basic hand tools including powered impact wrenches and torque wrenches.
• Basic computer knowledge and use.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance as necessary.
• Ability to work solo and be self-motivated.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and support documents.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair rejected transmission assemblies from production line.
• Inspect and process warranty transmissions and other dealer returns.
• Consistently and accurately log all findings in the required databases.
• Communicate findings with supervisor and/or production, engineering, and quality personnel as required.
• Keep a clean, safe work area including all tools, test equipment, and computers.
• Stay up to date regarding product and process changes.
• Stay up to date with and follow all required safety guidelines and procedures.

• Previous automatic transmission repair experience (work or otherwise)
• Will train as necessary
