Job summary

Carrier is seeking a seasoned Customer Service professional in Rhode Island to independently resolve complex customer inquiries, maintain databases, and support warranty and returns processes. You will liaise with sales and supply chain teams to identify opportunities, update procedures, and ensure high-quality service.

The role involves data management, responding to inquiries, and providing after-sales support across contracts, with emphasis on accuracy and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of warranty claims processing or hydronics.
• Associates Degree with 1+ years of warranty claims processing or hydronics.

Responsibilities

• Support the Vi-US Sales Team with Customer Returns and Warranty Claims; liaise with customers to process RGAs.
• Data management, user support, and system maintenance.
• Manage customer tickets and communication in CRM; process orders, returns, and credits in ERP.
• Provide Warranty processes with Sales team and train 3rd party reps and wholesale partners.
• Generate monthly statistics for RGAs and monitor trends with Supply Chain and Returns Lead.
• Answer calls regarding Warranty and Returns; review product failures for warranty consideration.
