Job Purpose: To research and respond (via phone and in person) to all customer service inquiries received from DRB Homes new home customers. This position will support homes in the Henry County/McDonough areas.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct 120-day post-settlement homeowner walkthroughs.
  • Investigate and determine the need for service; act as liaison between homeowners and subcontractors to schedule service and follow-up.
  • Determine if the company compensates service requests based on established policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report potential home construction defects to the Director of Production.
  • Approve service invoices and monitor service repair budgets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual, professional appearance and manner.
  • Ability to work independently and accept direction.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Home building field experience required.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, respectful, and personable manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, stay organized, and multitask.
  • Motivated, self-sufficient, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specifications, and development plans.
Education and Work Experience
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Warranty Manager in residential construction.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college courses in Residential Homebuilding Construction preferred.
