Job summary

You will prepare for trials and arbitrations, including motion practice and depositions, and engage in mediation and negotiation processes while performing thorough legal research and drafting documents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Experience in trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
