Job summary

StableDry Services in Pleasant View, TN is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to protect customer experience by managing warranty claims from intake through resolution. You will serve as the liaison between customers, production teams and leadership to ensure timely, accurate warranty service.

Responsibilities include logging claims via phone, email, and Salesforce; reviewing contracts and coverage; creating and tracking cases; coordinating inspections and follow-ups; and communicating schedules

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, construction administration or warranty coordination preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log all warranty claims via phone, email and internal systems (i.e. Salesforce)
• Data migration for contracts/photos/CAD/notes from previous CRM systems to Salesforce
• Review contracts, scope of work and warranty coverage to determine eligibility
• Create, track and manage warranty cases from initiation to completion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty activity
• Coordinate inspections, service appointments and follow-ups with production teams
• Ensure timely communications of schedules to customers and internal teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty issues
• Provide clear, professional and empathetic communication throughout the process
• Review photos, reports and documentation to assist in diagnosis of issues
• Ensure warranty work complies with company policies, contracts and applicable standards
• Identify trends or recurring issues and elevate to leadership
