Job Description

MSX International is seeking qualified candidates responsible for reviewing Dealer Compliance to policies and procedures, review and identifying Operational Process improvements, support Field Staff and Dealer network and other ad-hoc tasks based on our client’s business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage processes and functions for recall, service campaign and warranty extensions, collectively “campaigns”.
  • Prioritize tasks and communicate campaign priorities to various departments.
  • Review and update campaigns in compliance with warranty policy and procedure manual and other applicable documents.
  • Initiate and provide campaign support, load stop sales and monitor claim processing.
  • Build and distribute data analysis reports for specified campaigns.
  • Create and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Verify campaign VINs against Global Warranty Management System ensuring all campaigns are accurately reimbursed.
  • Provide essential campaign support activities.
  • Provide feedback and knowledge of results on campaign status, completion rates, campaign phases, and applicable or relevant and appropriate information.
  • Debit or debit/credit (resubmit) campaign claims, as necessary.
  • Initiate and manage campaign launches directed by the Warranty Operations Manager.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Management role.
  • 2 years of experience performing general office duties.
  • 2 years of experience in an automotive-related field is desired.
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft office.
  • 1 years of experience with IBM AS/400 is desired.
  • 1 years of experience with SQL using on of (or similar) is desired –
    • MySQL
    • WinSQL
    • SQL Server Management Studio (SMSS)
    • QMF

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

REASONING ABILITY

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to apply Deductive and Inductive reasoning to produce logical conclusions.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXI, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30 to $33 hourly based on current experience.
